You can refund and revoke any purchase in Path.
From the main navigation, click Admin, and select the Commerce tab.
Select the Sales tab.
Select an order by clicking the View Order button.
Viewing an order automatically redirects you to the Refunds tab. This is normal.
Applying a Refund
To apply a refund to a purchased item, select the item, and click the Refund button as shown below.
Content will be still be accessible if you apply a refund without revoking access.
Revoking Content Access
To revoke access to the content, select the item, and click the Revoke button as shown below.
Access to the content will be blocked, but the transaction will not be affected.
Refunding and Revoking
To apply a refund and revoke access to content, click the Refund and Revoke button as shown below.
Regardless of what decision you make, you will need to confirm your decision before it’s processed.
This will give you the opportunity to cancel before you go any further.
To view all refunded transactions, simply navigate back to the Refunds tab. You can view reports and find useful information about all refunded content.
