A comment feed allows participants to actively discuss content in Path. Comments are powered by Disqus, an external platform that enables you to embed a comment feed in Path. The comment feed appears on the selected content homepage. You can add a comment feed to almost any course or event item.
You can’t add a comment feed to surveys or assessments.
To allow comments, first you must enable them globally in Path. Go to the Admin tab from the homepage, and click General as shown below.

Go to the Settings tab
In Account Settings, under General, select the Settings tab as shown below.
Turn Comments (by Disqus) on
Find the Comments (by Disqus) field, and slide the toggle on.
Add Shortname for Self-moderation (Optional)
If you want to moderate content posted in the comment feed, you will need to add your own discussion forum shortname. To add your shortname, select the checkbox, and enter your shortname as shown below.
Update the Account Settings
After you have added the necessary details, click Update Account as shown below to apply your settings. You can now add a comment feed to both new and existing content in Path.
Adding Comment Feed
It’s easy to add a comment feed to selected content after the feature is enabled. You can turn the comment feed on for both new and existing content.
Adding Comment Feed for Existing Content
If you need to add a comment feed to content that already exists, you need to go in and edit the content. Simply navigate to the content you need to add a comment feed to, and click the Edit button located in the top-right as shown below.
Proceed to the Advanced tab, and slide the comments toggle on as shown below.
After you save your changes, the comment feed will be automatically enabled from the content homepage.
Adding Comment Feed to New Content
The process of adding a comment feed to new content is the same as adding it to existing content. Simply navigate to the Advanced tab, and slide the toggle on as shown previously.
After you create the new content, the comment feed will be automatically enabled from the content homepage.
